Same trusted name – new look and even better formulation!

Nutricia is pleased to announce that in May 2012 Neocate LCP will launch with a new look and an improved formulation. The development of the new look followed extensive consultation with healthcare professionals to ensure it is not only visually appealing, but also that the label conveys all the important information in a patient friendly and helpful way. Some of the key changes are:

- Product names displayed clearly as part of the Neocate logo on the top of the box
- Clear and short product description added to the front of the tin
- Clear indication statement included on the front of the tin
- Age indicator included to specify suitability
- Image of bottle added to make it clearer how the product should be given

In addition to the new look we have also improved the formulation to make sure that we continue to provide the best possible product in line with the very latest science and international guidelines. An overview of the improvements:

- Updated macronutrient and micronutrient profile in line with latest international guidelines^1,2,3
- Improved LCP blend^4,5
- Addition of nucleotides

Please note that the product retains its name – ‘Neocate LCP’ – and will continue to be available as usual. Neocate LCP’s new formulation is ACBS approved and the product comes in a 400g tin (329-0301).
